Danièle
has developed a method for teaching French intended for children
to rely on the way in which they learnt their first language
: by observing, listening and interacting.
Children learn through games while playing and being stimulated
by the presence of other children.
Small
Class Sizes
Danièle
prefers to group three youngsters in the same class to make
the French lesson part of their recreation and pleasure. In
this way they learn French without realising it.
Fun
and Authentic French
Children discover French through various activities such as
story telling, role-play, songs, handicraft, games, dances
and multimedia worshop.
They are immersed in a colourful and warm environment similar
to one in a classroom for young children in France.
Toys and course materials of the highest quality, most of
them sourced directly from France, are used.
French
and Only French
It
should be noted that the classes intended for children are
conducted entirely in French.
No English word is exchanged, from the greeting of the child
until his/ her departure.
In fact, children will never hear their teacher speak English.
From
5 to 11 years old
Grouped
according to their age, children learn how to understand,
read, write and speak French while taking part in games and
leisure activities.
